Here’s How To Hire Remote SDR’s in South Africa at $1,500/month

Cold calling is back in a big way.

With AI saturating digital channels, like cold emails, the majority of digital channels are becoming crowded.

For example, several of our clients are sending 3,000 and 10,000 cold emails daily. Our inboxes our exploding with spam.

But it’s illegal to have an AI cold caller, unless you explicitly call it out, which of course kills all sales call momentum.

Here’s the modern cold calling stack:

1) Sales Data: Most startups use Clay.com or FullEnrich.com to source the mobile phone numbers of their prospects.

2) Power Dialer: Combine this sales data with a power dialer - there’s a lot of options out there (AirCall, Nooks, Kixie, etc), and make 200-300 dials per day.

3) Script: The script is key, but don’t overcomplicate it. Review KD’s above.

Depending on your audience, you can expect ~7-12% of your prospects pick up the phone.

If you’re making 200-300 dials at a 7-12% pick-up rate, that’s ~7-36 prospects that you get to pitch.
